🧩 Your Responsibilities as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil within a primary classroom
Supporting learning, behaviour, and emotional development
Adapting activities to meet individual needs
Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider staff
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment✅ What We're Looking For
Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable, especially 1:1)
Experience supporting pupils with SEN/SEND is advantageous.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patience, empathy, and resilience
