A Graduate trainee Recruiter position based in Fareham, near Southampton

Blueprint Recruitment is a professional recruitment company and a top performing business in the Solent area. We are based on the waterside Cams Hall Estate business park on the edge of Fareham, near to Southampton, Hedge End, Park Gate and the M27 motorway.

The position

We are looking for applications from university students who will be graduating this year for a career position as a trainee Graduate Recruitment Consultant. The work will focus on building long term relationships with customers, predominantly involving relationship building on the telephone. You will be searching for and matching candidates to clients' requirements, as well as arranging interviews for professional candidates in building design, architecture and business administration/finance roles.

You will be graduating from university this year (from any course). You will have a competitive mindset and will be looking for a rewarding job that provides excellent opportunities for career progression. You will also be ambitious and driven and a great communicator.
