My responsibilities included cooking fresh meals from scratch this included homemade breads, all sauces and desserts, pies and freshly prepared fruit to 100 plus children including staff on daily basis, this included all special dietary requirements which were bespoke to each individual child all allergy requirements had to be adhered to, keeping all due diligence up to date, maintaining cleanliness to a very high standard, stock rotation and ordering of fresh produce daily. I have a full DBS certificate and have various certificates and qualifications in child nutrition, allergy awareness, health and safety, food hygiene and first aid.

I am an experienced and-qualified chef to level 3 and have had many years experience working within many hospitality sectors and are dedicated and competent within all areas of cooking. I have spent the last 20 years working in both restaurant and pub kitchens, target driven and motivated i am able to grasp new ideas and concepts. I feel i am a proactive individual preforming effectively within a pressurised environment. I’m passionate about the industry I’m in and l love a challenge and most importantly I strive to exceed expectations. Target driven -Team player -Adaptable -Punctual.
