About

In my current role as Project Accountant at BAE Systems, I work closely with international stakeholders to deliver accurate financial data, risk assessments, and variance analyses to support project decisions. I manage core functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and forecasting, and regularly extract and analyse large datasets using SAP and advanced Excel tools. These responsibilities have honed my attention to detail, data presentation skills, and ability to communicate complex findings clearly key competencies for the FP & A Manager role.
My academic foundation includes a master's degree in engineering management and economics, and I am currently progressing toward ACCA qualification. In earlier roles, including as Accountant at Fleet Town Council, I led end-to-end financial operations, introduced a digital payment and archiving system, and stepped in as acting Finance and Operations Manager, demonstrating my versatility and leadership in small-team settings.
I have supported senior decision-makers by preparing feasibility studies and business cases within an FP&A context, gathering and analysing both qualitative and quantitative data from internal stakeholders to inform procurement and investment and sales support department decisions 􀂲 closely aligning with the analytical and reporting focus of this role.
