We are seeking a dedicated Year 1 Teacher to cover maternity leave at a lovely primary school in Irlam, starting January 2026.

📍 Location: Irlam, Salford
📅 Start Date: January 2026
🍼 Contract: Maternity Cover, Full-Time
💰 Daily Rate: £145 - £232 (dependent on experience)
🗂️ Interview Date: 5th December 2025

You'll be taking on a friendly and engaged Year 1 class, delivering creative and purposeful learning experiences. The school is welcoming, well-supported, and has a strong community feel - a fantastic place to teach, develop, and feel valued.

🎯 We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

KS1 teaching experience (Year 1 experience is a bonus)

A nurturing, positive approach to classroom and behaviour management

An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

Full right to work in the UK
