Basic Salary: £28,000.00 to £35,000.00 Per Annum

Due to internal promotions, they are now seeking a Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader on a Temporary to Permanent basis to supervise a small team of Warehouse Operatives as a Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader with a Reach and Counterbalance accredited licence.
Warehouse Supervisor Role:
Responsible and assist with the coordination of implementing best practices throughout the Warehouse as a Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader.
Use SAP and using previous Health and Safety knowledge, you will ensure processes and processes are adhered to as a Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader
Develop communication and maintain a fantastic team environment as a Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader
Collaborate with colleagues in the logistics team in understanding orders and ensure orders are fulfilled
Lead the small warehouse team by delegating work as and when necessary.
Identify development areas and support your team accordingly as a Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader.
Provide additional support to the senior leadership as and when required.
Undertake other ad hoc duties and responsibilities Inventory Stock Manager
Warehouse Supervisor ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
MUST hold a Reach and Counterbalance accredited licence as a Warehouse Supervisor
Experience in using SAP as IT system
Warehouse Supervisor candidate:
Previous experience as an Warehouse Assistant Supervisor or Warehouse Team Leader or Senior Warehouse Operative
Creative mindset with the ability to implement new ideas and processes as a Inventory Warehouse Supervisor
