HSL is currently recruiting 10 Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers to join a busy and expanding team for a well-established client based in Atherstone. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, with permanent contracts available after 12 weeks for the right candidates.
Shift Pattern
* 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (average 7–9 hours per shift)
* 4 on / 2 off shift pattern (includes weekend working)
Key Responsibilities
* Voice order picking using LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) in ambient or chill environments
* Pallet wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch
* General warehouse duties
* Heavy lifting involved
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Candidate Requirements
* Willing and able to carry out physical work, including heavy lifting
* Flexible to work weekends as part of the shift pattern
* Experience in warehouse, factory, or distribution environments beneficial
* Familiarity with LLOP or FLT use advantageous, but not essential
* Previous experience in order picking, packing, or dispatch preferred
Additional Information
* A drug and alcohol test is required if successful
* This role involves a two-stage interview process
* The Atherstone site is scheduled to relocate to Coalville in March 2027
