Shifts: Full-time and part-time available
Shift Times:
* 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
* 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
* 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Description:
The Recruitment Crowd is currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client in the Warrington area. We're looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives / Parcel Sorters to join a fast-paced and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately sort and organise incoming parcels by route and destination
* Use conveyor belts, scanners, and other warehouse equipment
* Label and categorise parcels to ensure correct delivery
* Work with the team to meet tight deadlines across shifts
* Identify and report damaged parcels following company procedures
* Assist in loading/unloading delivery vehicles efficiently
* Keep your work area clean, safe, and organised
* Follow all safety, security, and company policies
Requirements:
* Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable but not essential
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift parcels of various weights
* High attention to detail
* Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and occasional overtime
* Must have reliable transportation to/from the warehouse or use the provided shuttle
