We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse / FLT Operative to join a busy warehouse operation based in Halesowen. This is a hands-on role involving manual handling, order picking, loading, and forklift operation.
Key Responsibilities

Operate a Counterbalance or Reach Truck (valid licence/certificate required).

Pick, pack, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently.
*
Handle goods safely, including heavy lifting and manual movement of stock.
*
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
*
Work as part of a team to meet daily warehouse targets.
*
Follow all health and safety and operational procedures.
Requirements

Valid Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence/certificate (essential).
*
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
*
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
*
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.
*
Reliable and able to work permanent afternoon shifts.
