We are currently recruiting for a Twilight Transport Administrator / Operations Coordinator to support the evening operation within a busy transport environment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working independently while remaining confident communicating with drivers, internal teams, and external contacts.
You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the operation during the twilight shift.
Key Responsibilities
* Working independently to manage the evening operation
* Producing and updating daily and weekly reports using Excel
* Communicating with drivers regarding routes, arrivals, and general queries
* Liaising with on-site teams and external contacts as required
* Supporting traffic and transport activity where needed
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring operational information is up to date
What We’re Looking For
* Comfortable working alone and managing your own workload
* Basic PC skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
* Strong communication skills and a confident, people-focused approach
* Some transport or traffic knowledge is beneficial but not essential
* Flexible and reliable, with a proactive attitude
* Organised, calm under pressure, and able to prioritise tasks
