We're looking for a Trainee Assessor to support apprenticeship learners in Health & Social Care. You'll provide structured guidance, assess workplace evidence, and help learners achieve their qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey
Travel to workplaces across the region for assessments
Create Individual Learning Plans and track progress
Maintain accurate records for compliance
Contribute to performance targets and learner success
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Level 3 qualification in health and social care (adults)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
DBS check (cost covered)Desirable:
Welsh language skills
Teaching/assessing qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent)
EWC registration or prior training experience
