We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Teacher to join our school, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Requirements:

Must hold PGCE and/or QTS

Proven experience working with SEND children

Strong classroom management and differentiation skills

Ability to create inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to pupil progress and well-being

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of SEND learners. You will work closely with support staff, families, and external professionals to ensure each pupil receives the individualised support they require. This role involves adapting teaching methods, monitoring progress, and fostering a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
