We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil with learning difficulties (no ASD or behavioural challenges) in a friendly and inclusive primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive impact on a child’s learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 support to a Year 3 pupil with learning difficulties.
* Assist with classroom activities and personalised learning plans.
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure progress.
* Create a nurturing and encouraging environment for the pupil.
About You:
* Previous experience supporting children with learning difficulties is desirable.
* Patient, empathetic, and committed to pupil success.
* Reliable and able to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
