ECT of Business Studies (1 Year Fixed-Term Contract) UET1
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Business Studies to join a thriving secondary setting from September 2026 on a 1-year fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students and helping them achieve strong academic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach Business Studies to students in Years 7–11
* Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
* Assess, monitor and support student progress
* Contribute positively to the wider school community
* Work collaboratively with colleagues within the department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to achieve this
* A degree relevant to Business Studies or a related subject
* Strong classroom management skills
* A passion for teaching and learning
* Commitment to student achievement and wellbeing
