What You’ll Lead & Deliver

* Own regional sales performance across a portfolio of high-end developments.

* Inspire, coach and develop multiple high-performing site sales teams.

* Drive strategic sales plans to exceed revenue, conversion and release targets.

* Champion a 5-star customer journey, ensuring a flawless luxury experience from first enquiry to completion.

* Analyse market intel, pricing trends and competitor activity to enhance strategy and maximise ROI.

* Manage forecasting, stock control and KPIs with accuracy and commercial confidence.

* Collaborate with marketing, build and customer service to strengthen the full end-to-end sales cycle.

* Represent the brand at VIP launches, previews and high-profile industry events.

* Protect brand standards, compliance and presentation excellence across all sites.

What You’ll Bring

* Proven success in residential sales leadership — ideally from a UK developer or luxury housebuilder .

* The presence, confidence and communication skills to represent a top-tier brand.

* A motivational leadership style that lifts performance and culture.

* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically.

* Exceptional relationship building, negotiation and customer service focus.

* Ability to manage multiple developments and priorities with composure and pace.

* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally.
