Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll for two UK entities (250 employees) and one Irish entity, ensuring full compliance with local regulations
Accurately input and verify UK payroll data using ADP iHCM, maintaining timely and efficient workflows
Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
Partner with the HR team to ensure accurate data capture and address system/process issues
Manage the payroll inbox, responding to employee queries and liaising with HR, HMRC, the Pension Regulator, and other authorities
Oversee Year End procedures, including the production and distribution of P60s
Produce P11Ds, support PSA submissions, and handle other payroll/tax-related matters
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a Senior Payroll role with strong technical expertise
In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
Hands-on experience with ADP iHCM
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Clear and confident communicator, able to explain complex payroll matters effectively
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong general IT skills
A proactive mindset with experience in process improvement and streamlining
