Key responsibilities

Maintain and organize project documents, including contracts, plans, permits, and specifications.
Manage and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and other project-related paperwork.
Provide administrative support to project managers and other team members, which can include scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing correspondence.
Assist with creating project timelines, preparing budgets, and organizing safety documents.
Liaise with various stakeholders such as clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project flows.
