Preconstruction Manager – West Yorkshire

Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 + car allowance & benefits

Contract: Permanent, full time (37.5 hrs/week)

Overview

We’re looking to speak with experienced Preconstruction Managers from a Building Services background to take on a senior role in West Yorkshire. This is a great chance to join a business delivering large M&E packages, with particular focus on healthcare projects.

Role Summary

You’ll take responsibility for managing preconstruction activity on complex building services schemes, ensuring projects are set up for successful delivery. The position requires a mix of technical knowledge, commercial awareness and strong client-facing skills.

Main Duties

Oversee M&E preconstruction activity (HVAC/electrical bias).

*

Manage procurement, costs, risk and programme.

*

Lead coordination with consultants, clients and stakeholders.

*

Support site delivery teams through installation and commissioning.

*

Drive compliance with health and safety standards.

About You

*

Solid background in M&E / Building Services management.

*

Minimum HNC in Building Services (degree desirable).

*

Experienced in procurement, contract admin and value engineering.

*

Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office tools.

*

Healthcare project exposure is advantageous.
