Key Responsibilities
Personal Care & Daily Living

Provide personal care including washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, and continence care.

Assist with nutrition and hydration, including meal preparation and feeding where required.
Clinical Support (under supervision)
*
Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.
Emotional & Social Support
*
Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support.
*
Encourage independence and involvement in daily activities.
*
Support individuals with communication, maintaining a person-centred approach.
Record Keeping & Communication
*
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records.
*
Report any concerns or changes in condition to senior staff promptly.
*
Work effectively with nurses, carers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Health & Safety
*
Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
*
Ensure safe working practices according to training and policies.
*
Protect clients’ rights, privacy, and dignity at all times
