Our clients transport planning team is expanding and seeking a Graduate Transport Planner to support their increasing workload. Gain practical experience whilst learning key skills in this busy team working with, mainly, private sector clients.

What are they looking for?

A relevant degree in Transport Planning or experience in a related subject such as Geography, Civil Engineering or Built Environment.

Graduates who can demonstrate:

* A logical and analytical approach

* Great problem-solving and communication skills,

* Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box.

Work experience in Transport Planning, Highway Design or Town Planning would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job and with the support from their Graduate Training Scheme.

What will your role entail?

As a Graduate Transport Planner, you will be involved in supporting all aspects of project work including the provision of transport assessments, transport statements and travel plans, junction modelling, swept path analysis, GIS plans and AutoCAD design. We cover the entire development cycle from site identification and appraisal through planning and design, including completion of construction delivering the best commercially driven solutions for our clients, so you’ll gain some valuable experience and exposure across a range of sectors and a variety of clients to support your development
