The role: Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant in Ealing

Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs to access learning in and out of the classroom
Implement behaviour support strategies under the guidance of the SENCO and pastoral team
Build strong, positive relationships with students, acting as a consistent and trusted adult
Work one-to-one or in small groups to develop students' emotional literacy, resilience, and social skills
