As a Customer Account Co-ordinator, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients—managing enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer feels valued. You’ll work closely with internal engineering and estimating teams to deliver a smooth end-to-end service and maintain strong ongoing relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage customer accounts and respond to enquiries via phone, email and CRM systems

* Process orders, track shipments and update customers with accurate information

* Resolve complaints or issues efficiently and professionally

* Coordinate between sales, logistics and finance teams to ensure seamless service

* Maintain accurate records of interactions, invoices and order histories

* Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers

* Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Experienced required:

* Previous experience in customer service, account management, sales support or admin

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* Strong organisation and attention to detail

* Confident working with CRM systems, spreadsheets and administrative tools

* Problem-solver with a proactive, positive attitude

* Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once
