The role
As part of a brand-new team of multi-skilled Customer Service Advisors, you’ll:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls about a range of financial products
* Deliver excellent service while also spotting opportunities to have sales conversations
* Put the customer at the heart of every interaction
* Uphold the highest standards in line with financial services expectations

About you
* Previous Customer Service or Sales experience is essential
* Financial services experience is desirable, but not essential
