Residential Care House

You will play a key part in delivering high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

This includes assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support,and helping maintain a positive, safe environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines

Assisting with meals, mobility, and general wellbeing

Promoting independence and dignity at all times

Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns

Working collaboratively with the wider care team

✔ Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential)

Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to person-centred care

Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced care environment

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
