Hours: Part Time, Monday & Friday (7:30am to 6:30pm)
Salary: £13,644 per annum

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Part Time Call Handler to join their client based in Hillington, Glasgow.
Key Skills Required
Call Centre or similar customer service experience - first class communication skills, both written and oral
Good keyboard skills
An excellent telephone manner and attitude is essential
A flexible and hard-working attitude, with a can do mind set
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good timekeeping and attendance record is essentialMain Duties
In-bound telephone calls - answer, manage and triage business calls
Raise ticket/job on internal platform ensuring all information is complete and correct and following the business guidelines, follow the process and pass the information out via SMS message or telephone call
Making outbound calls to client sites and management of reported Incidents, offering support to client as and when required.
Manage client email inbox and action any requests.
Updating all internal documentation as required.
