A well-established and growing business in the civils drainage and water management sector is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join its team in the Bradford area. This role offers a mix of office-based and field-based work, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and driving business growth.
Role Overview
This position involves working 3 days in the office and 2 days visiting clients, managing a portfolio of existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities. You'll be the first point of contact for many customers, so a professional and proactive approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of lower spend accounts with care and consistency
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
Open new accounts and expand existing ones
Provide accurate product and service information
Process enquiries and orders efficiently to meet customer deadlines
Conduct promotional calls and client visits to support regional growth
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in sales (industry experience in construction is advantageous)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Professional, enthusiastic, and self-driven
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable using computer systems and CRM tools
