Job Description

As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen team, working alongside experienced chefs to deliver dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your culinary skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in accordance with our high standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times. Follow instructions from senior chefs and execute tasks with precision. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are adhered to. Participate in the creation of daily specials and contribute innovative ideas. Manage stock and supplies efficiently. Support the kitchen team in all aspects of service.Requirements:

Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred. A passion for cooking and a strong desire to learn and grow as a chef. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous.
