Jack & Jill Holidays is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Sales & Administration Manager. We are a small independent chalet company specialising in luxury catered and self catered accommodation in Morzine & Les Gets. As an integral part of the Jack & Jill management team, you will hold a key role in supporting the Directors maintain and grow the business.
Someone that would enjoy working at Jack & Jill Holidays would be looking for a smaller, friendly work environment. With an understanding that this requires a lot of hard work and motivation as you will be in charge of handling much of the sales and admin processes independently.
We thrive on hospitality and getting to know our guests. Each year we have many repeat and referred guests that enjoy building a rapport with our team and that starts with the role of our Sales manager. Your role is integral as you will have the most amount of contact with our guests before they arrive in the resort.

We are searching for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team at Jack & Jill Holidays. You will need to have a strong background in sales and have strong interpersonal skills in order to build relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to email and phone enquiries
- Maximising all sales opportunities to achieve targets set whilst ensuring high levels of customer service
- Following up on all leads and contacts, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Updating website prices and live pricing calendars across all booking sites
- Ensuring the website and partner sites are up to date with all current information
- Maintaining good relationships with our affiliated agencies and actively selling our properties
- Collating all guest information to form marketing distribution lists
- Generating promotional marketing emails to all clients
- Setting up a new booking system, iCal and integrating with our current system
- Smooth management of in house concierge requirements for our guests including booking airport transfers, restaurants, childcare, ski lessons
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes
Key Technical skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours
- High level of computer literacy and experience to include Google Drive, Dropbox, Mailchimp and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, ability to prioritise work loads and have excellent time management skills
- Calm under pressure and be able to manage multiple tasks at any one time
- Confident and outgoing sales person with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Desirable
- Excellent English and basic understanding of French
- Some marketing experience
- Previous knowledge/experience of a ski resort
