A leading supplier of award-winning Project Management software have an immediate requirement for a Software support Consultant to join the customer support team.

Location: Home based - UK (hours Mon - Fri 11:30am - 7:30pm)
Salary: Circa £27,000 - £35,000 + 10% bonus + private medical, pension scheme (5%), life assurance
As Software Support Consultant you will have previous experience of working within a technical/software support role and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
This is a fully remote role (working from home) and the hours are 11:30am to 7:30pm (Mon - Fri).
As Software Support Consultant you will have a flexible and adaptable attitude and excellent organisation/time management skills.
Your role will include:
Resolving issues in the areas of product functionality, system configuration/setup, and bugs/enhancements.
Serving as primary support liaison between company and customer.
