Graduate Management Training Programme!
This UK leading £400mt/o fresh produce group is seeking this years Graduates as part of their vision for the future to join their Management Training Programme!
Established in 2005, with a heritage dating from 1874, the business is 40% employee owned encouraging an engaged and committed workforce.
We have opportunities available in; Kent (Food Science/Technical), Birmingham (Wholesale), Southampton (Wholesale), Lincolnshire(Retail/Buying), & Bristol (Wholesale)
We would be very keen to hear from candidates with a real interest in fresh food !
We welcome applications from those who can demonstrate a degree including elements of Food Technology, Food Science, Agri Business, Supply Chain, or Operational Management with a minimum 2:1 classification.
A UK driving licence and own transport are required, together with an unrestricted right to work in the UK.
Spanning a period of 2 years and including a formal Institute of Leadership and Management qualification, the programme aims to shape and develop the succession plan of tomorrow, engaging highly dynamic characters with a passion for excellence, performance and sustainability.

Management Trainees sit within the Junior Management Team and will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of customers and specifications by rotating around the key components of the end to end operation including Supply chain, Automation, Logistics, Technical & Quality, Commercial & Procurement.
