What You’ll Be Doing

Managing day-to-day bookkeeping across sales, purchase, and nominal ledgers
Reconciling supplier statements, bank transactions, and VAT submissions in Xero
Preparing reports – including Aged Debtors/Creditors, payroll journals, and monthly summaries
Handling credit control, customer accounts, and expense claims
Running payroll and supporting finance admin for a small subsidiary
Assisting with ad-hoc finance tasks and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally in an SME environment
Solid knowledge of Xero, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Able to prioritise workload and work independently

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with Dext Prepare or Payroll Manager
Familiarity with VAT, payroll, and reconciliations
An interest in continuous improvement and efficiency
