Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary, part-time basis until the end of December. FULLY REMOTE!

You’ll be supporting day-to-day accounts payable activities, helping to keep payments running smoothly and ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time.

Typical duties will include

Processing supplier invoices and managing payment runs
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
Supporting month-end close related to AP
Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve invoice queries

The ideal candidate will have

Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and communication skills
Confident using accounting software and Excel

Working Hours 15 hours per week – either 3 hours per day across 5 days or 5 hours per day over 3 days
