What will you be doing on a daily basis? Customer Service • Be a brand ambassador, embodying the essence of Moleskine in every interaction. • Elevate the retail experience by delivering friendly, courteous, and efficient service to every customer. • Master the art of upselling with confidence and finesse. • Stay updated on competitor ranges and price points to provide informed recommendations. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Visual Merchandising • Bring our brand to life by implementing captivating visual merchandising changes. • Ensure that products are impeccably presented and the store maintains a pristine appearance.

Stock Control • Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels through replenishment and accurate processing of deliveries. • Keep stockroom areas organized and efficient.

The right skillset for this role includes: • Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Passion for luxury stationery and design.
