Electronics Hardware Engineer – High-Volume Manufacturing

Role Requirements

Develop new ECU electronics designs to meet internal, customer, and legislative requirements.

Analyse requirements, identify gaps, and create complete schematics, BOMs, and technical documentation

Conduct worst-case analysis and maintain Electrical DFMEA

Apply engineering standards, Bills of Design and Process

Support PCB design teams and validation teams during product testing
-
Release design documentation and prepare clear technical reports/presentations
-
Ensure designs meet cost, manufacturability, and end-of-life recycling targets

Escalate risks, apply problem-solving, and deliver to project timelines
Key Requirements

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering

Experience in automotive or high-reliability electronics
-
Familiarity with ISO 26262, FMEDA, and Electrical DFMEA
-
Skilled in CAD tools (XPedition preferred) and simulation software
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
English fluency (additional languages a plus)
