Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer
Location: WR10, Pinvin, Worcestershire
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum + Van + Tablet + Pension + Overtime + On-call
Job Type: Permanent Position, Full Time
We are expanding our engineering team and are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our well-established business based in Pinvin (WR10), Pershore.

About the Role
You’ll carry out a mix of break owns, repairs, installation and planned maintenance across:
- Commercial and light industrial refrigeration equipment
- Retail and domestic air conditioning systems
- Small cold rooms & wine cellars
- Serve-over counters
- Heat pumps & ventilation systems
- School environments
You’ll also be part of our 1 in 5 on-call rota (fairly balanced across the team).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Fault finding, diagnosing issues and conducting repairs
- Leak testing and troubleshooting
- Completing electronic job sheets, RA’s + timesheets
- Liaising with office/admin support
- Managing van stock proactively
- Supporting and mentoring an apprentice when required
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced AC/Refrigeration Engineer
- Confident with leak testing and refrigeration systems
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys being part of a tight-knit team
