We are looking for a Fabric Engineer to join the team of an established FM company in the Derby area on a temp to perm basis. £22-£24ph paid weekly via umbrella Monday to Friday (08:00-17:00) Temp to Perm (permanent £32000k) Derby – Static Role As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Responding to reactive works within the team
Painting and decorating as needed
Repairing floor and wall coverings
Carrying out ceiling tile repairs and replacements
Performing other building and installation works as required
Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes on AHUs / FCUs, and basic plumbing requirements
Completing fire door replacements and repairs To be successful as a Fabric Engineer you will need:
Previous experience in a fabric or general building maintenance environment
Good knowledge of PPM routines and general building fabric repairs
Relevant qualifications or proven practical experience in a similar role
Ability to carry out tasks independently and to a high standard]
