Job Description:

Boden Fire and Security deliver services and project works to the Ministry of Defence and commercial clients at multiple sites in the South West and South East.

We are excited to share an opportunity for a Trainee Fire and Security Engineer to join the team.

This is a trainee position, with the opportunity to develop into a qualified Fire and Security Engineer. You will be offered both internal and external training.

The successful candidate will work with our skilled and experienced Fire and Security Engineers learning how to service and maintain various Fire and Security products, whilst delivering the exceptional customer service expected of the Boden team.

The role will suit a flexible individual who can travel throughout the South West. A van will be provided.

Main Duties:

Work with our Fire and Security Engineers to service and maintain Fire, Intruder, CCTV and Access Control systems
Learn how to complete daily work sheets and test certificates
Able to work unsupervised and perform effectively as part of a small team
Keep clear and concise written records for use by others
Consistently produce work to a high standard
Complete work in a timely and efficient manner
To ensure that all works are carried out in line with Boden and Client standards, policies and procedures and expectations
Ensure Company health, safety and environmental procedures are implemented and complied with at all times
