This role requires a strong mechanical and electrical background, excellent fault-finding skills, and the ability to work independently and professionally with clients and colleagues.

Carrying out PPM visits and remedial/repair works
Full mechanical and electrical installations (pipework, valves, pumps, controls)
Commissioning of new systems
Attending reactive and breakdown maintenance
Loading/unloading plant and equipment at head office and on site
Scheduled call-out rota duties
Managing parts and spares in company van
Adhering to company and client site health and safety procedures
Attending occasional engineers’ meetings

Requirements

Proven experience as a service or maintenance engineer/technician, ideally with pump systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for fault finding
Multi-skilled in both mechanical and electrical engineering
Full and valid driving licence (essential)
Flexibility to work occasional nights away and participate in call-out rota
Professional communication skills with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
