What is the Impact Academy?

The Impact Academy is Tradewind's industry-leading training and development programme designed specifically for graduates. Through a mix of classroom learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship, you'll gain all the tools you need to become a confident, successful Recruitment Consultant.

You'll work alongside some of the best in the business, in a team with decades of combined recruitment experience.

Your Role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant

In your first year, you will:

Source and interview candidates for teaching and support roles in schools Write engaging CVs and candidate profiles to market talent to clients Support the wider sales team with candidate placement and job fulfilment Build strong relationships with education professionals across the South West Meet and exceed achievable KPIs with ongoing support and guidance Earn commission from every successful placement

What Comes After Year 1?

After successfully completing the Impact Academy, you'll graduate to a full 360° sales desk and receive advanced training in:

Business development and client acquisition Account management and negotiation Time management, safeguarding, and compliance Customer service and advanced communicationWe don't believe in a sink-or-swim culture - we'll continue to invest in your growth and help you achieve your career goals.

Who We're Looking For

This opportunity is ideal for graduates who are:

Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills Resilient, proactive, and able to work towards targets Interested in education, recruitment, or people-focused roles Looking for fast-track career progression in a supportive team environmentPrevious experience in sales, education, or customer service is a plus, but not essential - full training is provided.
