Psychology, Health and Social Care Graduate work!

Location: Bolton Salary: £16.11 Per Hour Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 8:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday (Term-Time only) positions start sep 2025

Graduates or students in Psychology or Health and Social Care

Experience working or volunteering in schools, care roles, or with children or young people with SEN

A genuine passion for supporting children with learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, or complex needs

Positive, resilient, and empathetic individuals ready to learn and grow

💼 The Role:

Full-time position (Monday-Friday, term-time only)

Working 1:1 or in small groups with children who need extra support

Assisting teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

Gaining valuable practical experience in education, therapy, and care-ideal for careers in educational psychology, social work, speech & language therapy, and more

Key Requirements:

Placements/ Volunteering/ or Employed experience working with children and young people with SEND, particularly within a school or care setting. A calm, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting students with complex needs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies. Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students.Benefits:
