Our Chef de Partie are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Oblix Chef de Partie are confident working at a fast pace whilst maintaining Oblix's high standards.
Oblix - Located on the 32nd floor of The Shard, Oblix is a sophisticated, contemporary restaurant, split across two different spaces offering views across central London from East to West.
Oblix West is a refined, urban dining space where people can relax and enjoy a variety of options from our menus from brunch to dinner.
Oblix East offers diners an eclectic mix of innovative dishes along with award winning cocktails and afternoon tea.
