Breakfast Chef

Luxury Property – Cavan

Permanent Role

Fulltime

Hours – 6am to 2pm per day

The Property/Role:

We are delighted to begin a partnership with one of Ireland’s largest Hotel Groups to assist them in hiring talented Hospitality individuals for their award-winning teams throughout their stunning properties across the country.

To add to their outstanding team at their luxury property in co Cavan, they wish to appoint a guest focused Breakfast Chef to augment the kitchen team and ensure that each and every guest begins their day with the highest level of breakfast cuisine and service.

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce delicious breakfast offerings to the highest four-star standards.

Maintain minimal wastage through smart stock rotation and planning.

Ensure all necessary prep (mis-en-place) is completed for breakfast service and beyond.

Support in preparing foods for other services, including banquet operations.

Adhere strictly to hygiene regulations, keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Provide a warm and welcoming breakfast experience for our guests.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Full permission to work and reside in Ireland.

✔️ Fluent in spoken and written English.

✔️ At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

✔️ Reliable transportation for early shifts (6am start).

✔️ A positive attitude and full-time availability to grow with our team.
