We're seeking an exceptional Developer to join this dynamic tech team. You'll be instrumental in building scalable software solutions that drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities Craft and maintain high-performance software using React, NodeJS, and TypeScript Drive cross-functional collaboration, developing features that solve complex challenges Lead technical discussions and conduct comprehensive code reviews Architect applications for exceptional performance and scalability Implement cutting-edge security protocols and data protection strategies Explore and integrate emerging technologies Guide and mentor junior development talentEssential Requirements Technical Expertise 5+ years professional software development experience Expert-level proficiency in: React NodeJS TypeScript Advanced cloud platform skills (AWS preferred) Deep understanding of modern frontend build ecosystems Comprehensive knowledge of CI/CD methodologies Proven Git version control experience Professional Background Computer Science degree or equivalent professional experience UK-based with full work authorization Ideal Candidate Profile
