Our client is a contemporary yet historic, 5-star hotel in Central London with 2 restaurants, meeting and events facilities and a fitness centre.

The rooftop restaurant has an enviable view of the London skyline and offers guests a seasonally changing menu of European inspired dishes. The main restaurant is a unique British restaurant with European influences. Dishes are made using fresh ingredients sourced locally. During the week, you can expect to cater for an average of 50-100 covers, rising to (Apply online only) covers at weekends. Both restaurants are open for lunch and dinner.

What's involved?

As a Chef de Partie, you will be working as part of a dedicated and passionate kitchen team of 20, preparing, cooking and presenting dishes with the ability to run a section. You will have a keen eye for detail with a willingness to exceed guest expectations, ensuring the companies standards are met and recipes are followed.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with the ability to work on their own, and must have a high standard of food hygiene.
