Our loyal client based in Nottingham City Centre are currently looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their close knit, busy team on temporary basis with the view to go permanent.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Providing proactive administrative support to assist the business.
* Liaising with project managers and ensuring documents are reviewed in line with company procedure.
* Responsible for the coordination of the internal document review process
* Assist with the co-ordination of the rolling Legal, Contract and Risk training programme throughout the company
* Creating spreadsheets as and when required
* Answering the Phone and dealing with Client Enquiries
* Data Inputting
* General administration support
