Description

Are you a sales professional with an interest in Skiing and Summer Activities? Do you want uncapped, realistic and achievable targets with On Target Earnings of £1000 per month plus, paid monthly? Alpine Elements Has a small dedicated sales team so you can achieve target and earn commission. Our staff retention is extremely high demonstrating our passion for developing the skills and experience of our sales team through our one to one training and induction programme.

As a Sales Consultant you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, so first impressions are key! Building either full week or weekend & midweek packages, you will maximise sales by identifying our customers’ requirements. Maintaining relationships with clients, recommending suitable options and providing support, information and guidance are key elements of this role. You will be responsible for maximizing the usage of rooms in our chalets and hotels, coordinating the bookings of full week, midweek and weekend ski breaks.

Most clients’ requirements will request researching and developing a set of options - every sales inquiry is treated as unique. The ideal candidate will be someone passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude, able to work with tailor-made bookings and driven by targets.

Candidates must possess:A minimum of one year, full time, experience of Telephone, Face to Face and Targeted sales work outside the retail industry. Unfortunately we will not be able to consider candidates with only retail / customer service experience.
This is a telephone based sales role, so we are looking for someone with an impeccable phone manner who can create that immediate rapport with our clients. Previous sales experience is beneficial, as well as first-hand knowledge of skiing / boarding and active holidays.
If you have seasonal experience of working a Winter Ski or Summer Season abroad, we’d also love to hear from you!.
