Do you have experience of working within Production Planning in a food manufacturing business?

* Are you available from September for a 6 month contract?

If so, we’d love to hear from you as our client based in Norfolk is recruiting a Production Planner to join their food manufacturing business for a 6 month contract from September.

In the role of Production Planner, you will be responsible for producing weekly and daily planning schedules for the factory, the monitoring of inventory levels against forecast and plan, ensuring that customer deliveries are met, on time and in full. You will work closely with the demand planners to ensure promotions, new listings and range changes are planned with total accuracy and ensure great communication across the wider business.

The experience and knowledge of the Production Planner:

* You will need to have experience of working within Production Planning within a food manufacturing business, if not food, then another FMCG business. (drink or pharma).

* It goes without saying that you’ll need to be analytical and have excellent IT skills with great attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.

* Great tenacity and the ability to adapt is essential.
