Part time Reception Manager

Location: Near Littleport

Hours: Part time – Hours and days flexible for the right person

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

A fantastic opportunity for a creative, hardworking professional who can work on their own initiative, unsupervised and who possesses excellent communication skills.

You will be providing a first-class service to all customers, both face to face and via the telephone and e-mail. The duties are varied and include: -

Main duties:

* Check and manage the email inboxes

* Reply to online enquiries

* Answer all incoming calls and queries

* Log bookings on the spreadsheet & calendar

* E-mail all guests before their stay, confirming of any changes, sending out location map and terms and conditions

* Website updates

* Manage the social media for the site

* Send security deposit invoices

* Deal with guest complaints

* Ensure Risk assessments are up to date and checks are being done

* Manage planning applications

* Manage Council correspondence

* Obtain contractors insurance docs

* Arrange insurance renewal

* Purchasing signage for site

Candidate requirements:

* Exceptional telephone skills are required

* Strong verbal communication skills

* Previous experience of updating social media pages and company websites

* Strong working knowledge of IT and MS Office (Word and Excel)
