OFFICE ASSISTANT/ADMINISTRATOR

This Barnet based company are looking for a good all rounder with excellent project management skills, a confident telephone manner and a flexible attitude to start a maternity cover contract from August 2017

You will be working in a small office environment where your duties will range from scheduling to diary keeping to client liaison

Would suit graduate with some office experience

The role is varied and will include the following:

Duties:
• Arranging and scheduling survey visits - liaising with various parties involved and confirming all details
• Speaking to clients, contractors and suppliers
• Dealing with all administration for orders
• Monitoring stock levels and re-ordering
• Responding to queries
• Preparing quotes (via Excel)
• Raise invoices/credit control
• Monitor diaries
• Create follow up call sheets for prospects
• Carry out follow up calls to prospective clients and customers

Skills / experience:
• Good all rounder - common sense and flexible attitude
• Strong project management skills
• Basic accounts knowledge helpful - Excel experience required
• Excellent telephone manner

Hours: Permanent Full time. Hours 9am to 5pm

Salary: £18k

Must have own transport
