Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a flair for customer service to help grow this multi-faceted business.

We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Supervisor to join our wonderful team in Bishopsgate, London. The role is 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate of £12.50.

Responsibilities
Ensure that the client expectations of hospitality food and food service are consistently delivered in line with the Company brand
Conduct full briefings to all staff regarding events, detailing food and food service standards to ensure that the staff are fully aware of the client requirements and their role in delivery
Continually monitor the service and food provided at an event and give feedback to the service team to ensure the food and service is of the highest quality and in line with client requirements and the Company style
Where necessary contribute to the team’s efforts to ensure the service is provided in a professional and timely manner
Operate any control systems as defined by their line Manager, completing necessary records
Ensure all areas, front and back of house are kept clean, tidy and well stocked at all times
Maintain an excellent working relationship with client on site
Ensure that appropriate store areas are kept clean and tidy
Comply with Health & Safety Regulations, Hygiene Regulations, Fire Policy and report hazards to Management
Assist the line manager in the Development of services provided, taking opportunities for business expansion
Complete stock takes and stock rotation
Ensure all cash & finance procedures are adhered too

Experience
A strong communicator, who can easily interact with customers, team members and senior management
Diligent, committed and with a desire to continually learn and improve
Proactive with a positive attitude and the ability to bring creativity and flair into the everyday
A team player with the ability to motivate, encourage and inspire others
Good organisational skills
Enthusiasm to learn and be actively engaged in their job
People management experience preferred
